I received a call from this number earlier today and it was Discover Card's collection department calling to let me know I had missed a payment. I'm glad I took the call, as I had actually made a payment (thought so anyway) through the Discover app on Android, however rather than posting it to my account, I instead posted it to my wife's by mistake. After the rep researched and figured out my error, she quickly took care of it for me, even going as far as dropping the late fee without my asking. I can't stress enough how friendly and dedicated the rep was in helping me. With that said, if you do have a Discover Card and happen to see this one pop-up on your ID, you probably should try and take it if you're able.
